ThumbnailCreator.online respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how to submit a valid copyright takedown notice if you believe your work has been infringed.
ThumbnailCreator does not host, store, or re-upload any video thumbnail images on our own servers. Our tool acts as a client-side fetcher: when a user pastes a YouTube or Vimeo URL, the thumbnail image is retrieved directly from YouTube's CDN (img.youtube.com) or Vimeo's CDN servers in the user's browser. We do not cache, copy, or redistribute any thumbnail images.
Because we do not store content, standard takedown notices regarding specific images should be directed primarily to YouTube (YouTube Copyright Center) or Vimeo (Vimeo DMCA Policy). However, if you believe ThumbnailCreator.online itself is hosting or displaying your copyrighted work improperly, please follow the process below.
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice to us, your notice must include all of the following elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
⚠️ Note: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be held liable for damages, including legal fees. Please ensure your claim is accurate before submitting.
